UAM: Deployment status

Nerdio Manager offers a page dedicated to providing the status of desktops and applications. You can quickly search and filter results to discover the deployment status for both policies and one-time deployments.

To view the deployment status:

  1. Navigate to ApplicationsDeployment status.

  2. You can search and filter the list as follows:

    • Search by device name or user name.

    • Filter by policy type(s).

    • Filter by scope(s).

    • Filter by status(es).

  3. In the Device column, select the device name to see its details.

  4. In the Device column, select the host pool to see its details.

  5. Hover over the Applications column to see its details.

  6. Hover over the Status column to see its details.

  7. In the Last Action column, select the date to see its details.

Important: Where application versions do not follow the expected version numbering format and versions contain unexpected characters such as < or > signs, deployments may result in the error "No newer package versions are available from the configured application." To resolve this, perform a manual (one-time) uninstall policy for the problem application, then allow the policy to redeploy the required version.
