Windows 365 Resize Cloud PC Without Data Loss

Nerdio Manager allows you to resize a Cloud PC without data loss. More precisely, you can increase the size of a Cloud PC device that has already been provisioned, and made available to users, without deleting the users' data. You can increase the VM size, disk size, and memory size based on what SKUs and licenses are available in this Microsoft 365 environment.

To resize a Cloud PC without data loss:

1. Locate the Cloud PC you want to resize.

2. From the action menu, select Resize.

3. Enter the following information:

   • New Cloud PC size: From the drop-down list, select any available SKU sizes.

     Note: You can only select a SKU that is for a larger size. That is, any SKUs for a smaller size are not available to be selected. In addition, any unavailable licenses are grayed out and cannot be selected.

   • CONFIRM: Type the word CONFIRM using all upper case.

4. Once you have entered the desired information, select OK.

   The Cloud PC is resized and rebooted without data loss.
