Configure Nerdio Manager for Azure Stack HCI with Hybrid Worker

HCI clusters can be integrated with Hybrid Worker or Resource Bridge. Microsoft advises against using Hybrid Worker. In addition, Nerdio Manager no longer supports Hybrid Worker.
