Nerdio Advisor: Rules

Nerdio Advisor: Rules

Nerdio Manager provides a feature that analyzes your resources based on rules you create and generates recommendations. For example, Nerdio Manager can analyze a personal host pool, and based on host pool usage data, provide recommendations for properly sizing the personal host pool. In addition, you may apply the recommendation to the associated host pools. Different analyzers can be used for different assessment criteria.

Note: For additional information about the analyzer, please see:

Create a New Rule

Nerdio Manager allows you to create rules to be used for recommendations. Rules define how an analyzer should assess resource usage, and what triggers should be used to initiate a recommendation.

Note: It can take up to 72 hours for a virtual machine to be assessed. It is recommended that 1-4 weeks of assessment data should be gathered before accepting the changes to ensure that the recommendation takes account of all working practices.
