Nerdio Manager runs in an app service, which logs all of its exceptions into an instance of Application Insights. You can export these logs, together with the logs for the components that run alongside Nerdio Manager, to help analyze any errors that may come up or to send to Nerdio technical support for assistance.
To export the Application Insights logs:

Navigate to System > Settings > Nerdio.

Expand the Support area.

Next to Send logs to Nerdio, select Export.

In the Export Logs dialog, set the options you need:

Send links to Nerdio Support: Leave this on to also send links to the exported logs to Nerdio support. Whether it is on or off, you get the exported files from the Tasks area, as described below.

Link expiry (days): The number of days the download links stay valid. The default is
90. -
Date range: The period to export logs for. The default is the last seven days.

Nerdio Manager, User cost attribution, Real-Time Insights, and Intune Insights: The components to export logs for. All four are on by default.

Top database queries and Count: Whether to also export the top database queries, and how many. The default count is
10. The results are exported in a separate task named Export top DB queries.

Select Export.

Navigate to System > Settings > Nerdio, and then select the Tasks area.
The export runs as one or more tasks. The main task is named Export AppInsights logs. If Top database queries is on, a task named Export top DB queries also runs.

In the Export AppInsights logs row, select the Details icon.

In the Job Details dialog, find the row named The export has been completed, and select the download link in the Result column.
The link is valid until the expiration time shown beside it. The export contains CSV files with the requests, exceptions, and traces for each component you selected.

If the Export top DB queries task ran, open Details for that task in the same way, and select its download link.
