AI-Powered Personally Identifiable Information Detector
The AI-Powered personally identifiable information (PII) Detector enhances security and compliance by utilizing Azure's PII Detection cognitive skill. This feature automatically scans and identifies PII within the Nerdio Manager's logs, ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Enable Azure AI
Azure AI services require you to accept the Azure Responsible AI Notice. For more information on responsible use of AI with Azure AI Services, see this Microsoft article. See Azure Responsible AI Notice for information about how to accept the Responsible AI Notice.
To enable Azure AI:
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Locate the Azure AI tile.
-
Next to Azure AI Language — PII Detector, select Disabled.
-
Enter the following information:
Use PII Detector: Toggle this option On.
-
Cognitive Services Account: From the drop-down list, select an existing Cognitive Services account or create a new one.
Note: Due to an issue with Azure, you must create new account. If you select any existing account, then enabling this feature does not work because Azure has an issue with tag management for cognitive services accounts.
-
Request Limit: Type the maximum number of requests per month sent by the PII detector to the Cognitive Services account.
Note:
The free tier allows 5,000 requests per month.
The free tier above 5,000 request per month is $1 for the first half million.
The paid tier is unlimited.
Once you have entered all the desired information, select OK.
