User cost attribution manage package version

Nerdio Manager allows you to manage your user cost attribution package version. This offers flexibility and removes the need to contact support. Both upgrades and downgrades are supported.

To manage the user cost attribution package version:

1. Navigate to System > Settings > Nerdio, and then do the following:

Scroll to the User cost attribution section, select the down-arrow to expand the section, and select the Package version number.



2. When prompted, from the drop-down list, select the desired Version and then select OK.

   

   Note: This task is performed in the background and takes some time to complete. You can follow the task's progress in Settings Tasks.
