User Cost Attribution Download Logs

Nerdio Manager allows you to download user cost attribution logs. This is especially helpful when Nerdio support is troubleshooting an issue.

To download the logs:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.

2. In the User cost attribution tile, select Download logs.

   

3. Select the following:

   • Configuration: From the drop-down list, select the configuration.

   • Month: Select the month.

   • Share raw report: Toggle On this option to share the raw report.

     • Anonymize data: Select this option to anonymize the raw report data.

   • Report validation: Toggle On this option to download the report validation.

     • Report type: From the drop-down list, select the report type.

   • Application insights logs: Toggle On this option to download the application insights logs for the last 10 days.

4. Once you have made all the desired selections, select Generate SAS URL.

   This operation is performed in the background and takes some time. A link to the results is logged in the User cost attribution support job details.
