User cost attribution download logs

Nerdio Manager allows you to download user cost attribution logs. This is especially helpful when Nerdio support is troubleshooting an issue.

To download the logs:

1. Navigate to Settings > Nerdio environment, and then do the following:

• Classic UI: In the User cost attribution tile, select Download logs.

• New UI: Scroll to the User cost attribution section, select the down-arrow to expand the section, and in the Support section, under Logs, select Download.



2. Select the following:

   • Configuration: From the drop-down list, select the configuration.

   • Month: Select the month.

   • Share raw report: Toggle this option On to share the raw report.

     • Anonymize data: Select this option to anonymize the raw report data.

   • Report validation: Toggle this option On to download the report validation.

     • Report type: From the drop-down list, select the report type.

   • Diagnostics: Toggle this option On to download diagnostics

   • Application insights logs: Toggle this option On to download the application insights logs for the last 10 days.

3. Once you have made all the desired selections, select Run.

   This operation is performed in the background and takes some time. A link to the results is logged in the User cost attribution support job details.
