Insights: Windows 365

Nerdio Manager provides metrics related to your Windows 365 environment.

Note: This feature is in beta.

To view Windows 365 insights:

  1. In Nerdio Manager, navigate to Insights > Windows 365.

  2. Apply filters:

    • Filter: Select the Windows 365 provisioning policy for which you want to display metrics.

    • Date Range: Select the calendar icon, and then select the start and end dates.

    • Time Granularity: From the drop-down list, select the time interval between the metrics. You can select from 30 minutes up to 24 hours.

    The dashlets below display the filtered data metrics.

The following Windows 365 insights are available:

Active dedicated users

This dashlet displays the number of active users for the selected Windows 365 desktops and time frame.

Max concurrent sessions

This dashlet displays the maximum number of active and disconnected sessions for the selected Windows 365 desktops and time frame.

Licenses

This dashlet displays the total number of Windows 365 provisioned desktops, by license type.

Device health

This dashlet displays the number of Windows 365 devices reporting a warning or error state.

Utilization

This dashlet displays the number of Windows 365 devices connected within each time range:

  • High (more than 80 hours)

  • Average (40–80 hours)

  • Low (less than 40 hours)

  • None (zero hours)

The data is collected over the past four weeks.

Recommendations

This dashlet displays the number of Windows 365 Cloud PC desktops with active resize, license change, or License Reclaim recommendations. You can review these recommendations in the Advisor menu.

Session protocol

This dashlet displays a breakdown of protocols used for the selected Windows 365 desktops and time frame.

Device type

This dashlet displays the device type usage for the selected Windows 365 desktops and time frame.

Devices without login

This dashlet identifies Windows 365 desktops that have not been logged into within the defined time frame.

Average login duration

This dashlet displays the average time taken for a user to complete the log-in process for the selected Windows 365 desktops and time frame.

Connection quality

This dashlet displays the average connection latency (in milliseconds) for the selected Windows 365 desktops and time frame.

Session duration

This dashlet displays the number of sessions by duration for the selected Windows 365 desktops and time frame.

Average session duration

This dashlet displays the average session duration for the selected Windows 365 desktops and time frame. Active sessions are reported once they disconnect.
