How can I sign up for Nerdio University?
Nerdio University is a learning platform that provides eLearning content and certifications. You can also register for instructor-led sessions, such as training camps and live virtual training sessions.
Once you have installed a Nerdio product (Nerdio Manager for Enterprise or Nerdio Manager for MSP), complete the steps below to gain access to the learning platform. This setup process should be completed only once per organization. After the initial setup is complete, Power Users (administrators) can administer users directly in Nerdio University.
Note: The steps below apply to customers of Nerdio Manager for Enterprise and/or Nerdio Manager for MSP. If you are an Enterprise Channel Partner, please contact your PDM for access to Nerdio University.
Grant your team access to Nerdio University
Complete the sign-up form to initiate the onboarding process.
To grant access to Nerdio University:
Navigate to the Nerdio University Form Access Portal.

In the Company info step, in the Install ID field, enter the install ID.
Tip: To find your install ID, go to the Updates blade in Nerdio Manager.
Select Validate.

Confirm the following details are correct:
Validated install ID reflects the correct product type. If this is incorrect, please reach out to the Nerdio Support team.
Your company name is correct. If this is incorrect, modify the text.
Your company domain is correct. If this is incorrect, modify the text.
Select Continue.

In the Main Contact step, provide the required details for the main Nerdio University administrator.
Note: You can add additional administrators in the next step.
Select Continue.

In the Additional Users step, add additional users:
To add additional administrators, select the + Add Admin button, and then provide the required details.
To add any non-administrator level users (Learners), select the + Add Learner button.
Note: Once setup is complete, you can add additional administrators and learners directly in Nerdio University as needed.
When you finish configuring your initial audience, select Review.

In the Review step, confirm the information is correct. When you are ready, select Submit.
Tip: If any information is incorrect, use the Back navigation button to return to the previous step and make adjustments.
Once the setup is complete, the confirmation screen is displayed. Users will receive an email from university@getnerdio.com with a link and their temporary password to access Nerdio University.
