Effective immediately, Nerdio will cease new sales of Sepago Azure Monitor for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) monitoring and analytics solution.
Nerdio will continue to provide support for the Sepago solution with NME until it is EoL; however, additional features or bugfixes will no longer be offered after April 1, 2026.
Caution
If you are a current Sepago user, you will be invoiced for the Sepago integration until you disable the solution in your tenant(s) and delete all associated resources or until the solution reaches EoL, whichever occurs first.
To remove the Sepago integration completely and ensure that you're not charged for any associated resources, follow Remove the Sepago integration from your environment.
This decision follows notice from our partner, Proact, regarding their decision to end the development and lifecycle for their Sepago product.
For impacted customers, Nerdio recommends transitioning to Nerdio Insights features for your AVD monitoring and analytics needs moving forward. New feature requests for AVD monitoring within NME will be developed as part of Nerdio Insights.
We are excited to transition our Sepago customers to Nerdio Insights. These native features are designed to replace and exceed the capabilities provided by the legacy integration with Sepago.
