2026-04-01 Notice of End of Maintenance (EoM) and End of Life (EoL) for Sepago Integration

Announcement

Effective immediately, Nerdio will cease new sales of Sepago Azure Monitor for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) monitoring and analytics solution.

From April 1, 2026, the Sepago Azure Monitor solution for Nerdio reaches End of Maintenance (EoM): Nerdio will end development and ongoing maintenance of the Sepago solution with Nerdio Manager for Enterprise (NME). Existing customers may continue using the Sepago solution with NME until the integration reaches End of Life (EoL) on December 31, 2026.

Nerdio will continue to provide support for the Sepago solution with NME until it is EoL; however, additional features or bugfixes will no longer be offered after April 1, 2026.

Important: If you are a current Sepago user, you will be invoiced for the Sepago integration until you disable the solution in your tenant(s) and delete all associated resources or until the solution reaches EoL, whichever occurs first.

This decision follows notice from our partner, Proact, regarding their decision to end the development and lifecycle for their Sepago product.

For impacted customers, Nerdio recommends transitioning to Nerdio Insights features for your AVD monitoring and analytics needs moving forward. New feature requests for AVD monitoring within NME will be developed as part of Nerdio Insights.

The Path Forward: Nerdio Insights

We are excited to transition our Sepago customers to Nerdio Insights. These native features are designed to replace and exceed the capabilities provided by the legacy integration with Sepago.

Included with NME Licensing: Both AVD Insights and Real-Time Insights are included with your NME AVD Premium and Core licensing at no additional cost.

Note: For administrative analytics over and above those in the core Nerdio Insights offering, Nerdio additionally provides Operational Efficiency Insights, available exclusively with NME AVD Premium licensing.
Native Integration: Built directly into the Nerdio Manager for Enterprise for a more cohesive experience.
Feature Parity: Nerdio Insights already supports all core monitoring and analytics functionality previously provided by Sepago. See below for details.
Active Development: As a core Nerdio feature, Real-Time Insights receives continuous updates, security patches, and performance enhancements.
