Add Custom API Notification support for NME (currently available for NMM)

Custom API Notification feature currently exists for NMM however, NME v5.6.1 only supports email notifications, as per articles below:

NME: Alerts and Notifications – Nerdio Manager for Enterprise (getnerdio.com)

We'd like to enable NME integration with ServiceNow via API to automate notification/alert incident creation.

This feature would make NME much more attractive for Enterprise users and considering this already exists for NMM, it shouldn't be too hard to make it available for NME customers.
