Pre-populated Powershell variable that represent all users assigned to the pool

It would be useful to have a pre-populated Powershell variable that represent all users assigned to the pool.   Maybe an array that could be iterated through.  It could be used for things like populating Local Groups after VM creation or modifying permissions on folders and files.
