Advisor Recommendations under Dashboard

Hey Team, 
Any chance a read only version of the Advisor Recommendations can be added under the Dashboard menu? It would be great to have the recommendations visible so department managers can monitor if the users are actually utilising all the resources that have been requested for an AVD host. This means they would have access to the data to view the costs for a particular user as well as the resource utilisation.
