Delete FSLogix profiles with the Help desk role

Currently when using the Helpdesk RBAC Role we can only delete the FSLogix profile when the user is logged on. It would be extremely useful to be able to delete the FSLogix profile with the HelpDesk role without the user having to be logged on. This can be useful for leavers and joiners process, and also if a user is actually unable to logon as their FSLogix profile is corrupt. The same applies for unlocking file handles.

We can achieve the same outcome by using the Custom RBAC Role and giving access to the Storage capabiltiies, but that also gives permission to create and delete storage.

Thanks, we hope to have this in place soon. There is some complexity involved, but we see the value here.
