Custom Roles - Add permission to run scripted actions

We would like to enable our Helpdesk and Tier 1 teams to execute existing scripted actions on hosts without granting them overly permissive "Manage Hosts" permissions. Currently, the Scripted action permissions are limited to "Read" or "Full Access." We would like to propose the addition of a "Run" option to allow the creation of custom roles with this specific permission, striking a balance between functionality and security for our teams.
