Add AVD / Hostpool hardening recommendations to our recommendation engine

As part of our recommendation engine, add the option to recommended further hardening of AVD hosts / hostpools. Think: host encryption, secure boot, vTPM, trusted launch, boot diagnostics, etc. If not enabled, recommend the options available.
