one Important thing which we have noticed that even though after launching multiple instances of remote app sessions its still Single session (1st app) visible in Nerdio console and while logging off the session from Nerdio resulting all the other remote apps instances to be closed for the user.
As the default behaviour of AVD is creating a single session ID for every user hence please try to add the other remote app sessions as "processes" so that Administrator can logoff the processes from the User sessions from Nerdio Manager Console. like its there in Citrix
Please let us know the possible cause of this issue so that we can rectify the same in our infra.
