Prevent auto-scaling (in and out) during AVD agent upgrades

Nerdio will often perform auto-scale activities or power off newly built session hosts while they are still in the middle of an AVD agent upgrade.

Can logic be added to prevent auto-scaling or powering off a session host after build if it is in the middle of an AVD agent upgrade?
