Message users at a Global level

Message Users at a Global Level - Under workspaces - would be great to have a Global level to Message Only users that are currently connected - A select ALL as well as checkbox to select what workspaces we want to send messages. Reason is in a sudden change we need to notify users we need to re-start their VM and it is time consuming going through each hostpool to message them. If we have an option to select ALL workspaces/hostpools or checkbox so we can select half the hostpools to message ACTIVE users, we can then send the other half 10/20 minutes later so we don't deplete api requests.
