Allow Version Selection for Updates

Some customers have Dev/QA environments where they test before moving to production. There are times that a specific version is tested (ie 6.1.2), but by the time the testing is complete, and the change is accepted to move to production, there is a new version available (ie 6.1.4). The request is to allow for the option to choose which version to deploy/upgrade to. Perhaps this could be an app service setting so the default behavior for Nerdio is to get the latest GA, but when turned on, it would allow the customer to choose the version to deploy.
