Deploy Intune apps during Image Creation process or during host provisioning

Currently is only seems possible to deploy Intune Applications to Intune registered devices through Unified Application Manager through the Device Groups or User Groups.  It would be really beneficial if we could deploy Intune apps when adding session hosts, or to have the ability to target specific VMs. The same would apply to Images. It would be great to have the ability to select apps from the Intune repo in UAM and have them deploy to the image.
