Currently it seems that you can create Application Groups from the Unified Application Catalog and then a subsequent policy to assign to a host pool which will install set versions or latest to the entire host pool when available.
Looking to use this functionality to apply the latest versions of the applications in the list to the VMs only upon VM creation. This will then be more controlled and to keep the hosts on the preferred versions until a monthly patching round is in progress.
