Add color/contrast option for Scrollbar

I like to run in Dark Mode, but I find it difficult to see the scrollbar on the right-hand side because there is not enough contrast between it and the background. It's particularly difficult to locate on large Host pools because the bar gets smaller.  I don't see an option under themes that changes the scrollbar unless I fall back to light mode.  Can you add an option for scrollbar color?
