Problem - Private WinGet repos are not be able to be created in Nerdio. This is caused by a quota problem for Cosmos databases, specifically in US East. There is an unknown wait time on availability for the resources.
Description: To remedy this issue, there should be support for changing the region on required Winget repository resources. (Storage account, Key Vault, Cosmos Account, Web application, application insights, and log analytic workspaces). Perhaps there could be region selection for each of these resources if possible?
Vision: In the Winget repo creation wizard in Nerdio, there should be selectors for which regions the dependent resources should be created in.
