Change Time Zone view in Autoscale History to time of Host Pool

When viewing the autoscaling history the time displayed defaults to the time of your local desktop.  That's fine if the Host Pool is in the same time zone. However, when you are trying to determine the best time to pre-stage host and when to allow them to be scaled in, it would be extremely helpful to be able to view the graph in the same time zone that the autoscaling is set to.
