Automatically select VM Size when manually adding session hosts to hostpools

When manually adding session hosts to a Host Pool the VM Size does not match the VM size configured in the autoscale configuration, this can lead to the incorrect size VMs being created. 

Ideally, when manually adding a host, we would want Nerdio to look at the VM size in the autoscale configuration and use that.
