Add Schedule for Multi-Select/Bulk VM Actions

There is currently the ability to schedule the reboot of a specific machine or an entire host pool, but if selecting multiple machines, the is no schedule option:

This means having to go to each individual machine and set a schedule on it to accomplish this. Please add the ability to schedule in this scenario.
