Please expose new Networking settings for RDP Shortpath in Nerdio

We are moving to a split tunneling model for AVD.  In order for it to work, we need to set both of the RDP Shortpath for managed networks options to disabled.  These options are currently visible in Azure under Host Pools>Settings>Networking>RDP Shortpath.  We would like to be able to see and configure all 4 options with Nerdio.  Additionally, an API or RunBook option for configuring these would be helpful.

Great idea Roger, having all of settings available under "VM Deployment" would be ideal

The problem is that Nerdio currently sets all four individual settings in Azure to either Enabled or Disabled because Nerdio only has a single RDP Shortpath Enabled or Disabled option. To support VPN split tunnelling (to avoid your AVD session routing via your corporate VPN) we need access to the four individual settings both in the Nerdio UI and API.

Nerdio Product Support

Hi @..., thanks for this suggestion. This is an issue that we should have resolved sooner - so please accept our apologies for the delay. We are investigating options to resolve this issue and expose all 4 RDP Shortpath controls in the Nerdio Host Pool properties page. Please bear with us while we work through these changes.

In the interim - if you are finding that Nerdio Manager is resetting your RDP Short path options in the Azure console, we have added a work-around to the 6.4 release. An app service setting can be used to prevent any changes to the Azure settings. Please raise a support ticket if you would like to discuss.

From the 6.4 release notes:

RDP ShortPath rules may be over-written in the Azure console if custom settings exist. Please us the app service setting Features:HostPoolPatchWorkaround with a value of True to resolve this issue if detected.
