Add "Spare (available) desktops" option to the "use multiple auto-scale triggers (advanced)" Scaling Logic submenu

Inside autoscaling scaling logic at the top level, the option exists to trigger scaling based on spare desktops but that option is not available if you check the use multiple auto-scale triggers.  Please add that option.
