Search Bar in Nerdio

When utilizing the search bar inside of Nerdio, more often than appropriate the user name/UPN cannot be found through the standard type to search functionality. Instead, "Click to search for sessions" has to be selected to find user accounts. I have also had the issue of not being able to find the user account until I drilled into a specific hostpool. No amount of search worked nor did the "All User Sessions" custom view find the user session. Derek Armour has a video snippit of the search in "action".
