Raise tickets and view existing tickets via the Nerdio Management Console

To raise a ticket with the helpdesk, you either have to go to a separate URL or send an email. It would be handy to integrate ticketing into the Nerdio Management console itself. It would be extremely useful to view existing tickets and status updates in this console view, too.
