auto scale warnings if base host count exceeds maximum vms naming pattern can handle

A naming scheme with pattern of "SOMETHING{##}AVDS" can only support up to 99 hosts. It would be great to trigger a warning if an admin tried to set the base host count to something higher than the limit.
