Option to place hosts in maintenance mode whilst deploying Applications via UAM

Currently, when Unified Application Manager starts up session hosts and deploys applications, it does not place the host into maintenance mode, and therefore, users can log onto those session hosts while the applications are being deployed. The effect of this is that if a user connects to the session host whilst the applications are being deployed, the hosts are shut down without notifying the user and logging the user off.

We should either place the host into maintenance mode when the host starts up, or alternatively before the host shuts down, perform a check and if any users are logged on, send them a message and perform a clean log off.

I realize that we have the maintenance mode option, but in some instances, people may also need to deploy applications during the working day. Even when installing the apps outside of working hours, there is still a risk that somebody can log onto the session hosts whilst the apps are being deployed and be forced to log off. This should be a configurable option.
