Improve hibernation on personal host pools

We use hibernation on personal host pools. In doing so, we noticed that you can't use session timeouts to configure the same options as with AVD native. However, we can cover everything we need at the moment.

One thing I would like to see in Nerdio that isn't available in AVD native is the ability to configure a timeout (maybe together with the session timeouts) after how many hours/days a VM in hibernation mode is started and the user is logged off, causing the VM to be properly shut down.

This could then be extended to allow you to set a time window for when the VMs are started so that Windows Update can install the updates in the background. This in combination with the fact that the user session should also be logged off at this time.

Without this option, the VMs remain in this state for an indefinite period of time, and the disk can no longer be changed to a standard HDD, for example, which generates additional costs. And the VMs are no longer properly maintained either.
