Link LAW to Nerdio with read only permissions

Add the ability to link a pre-created LAW into Nerdio but only grant Nerdio read access to it. In some cases customers don't want to give a higher permission to a LAW linked to Nerido to manage counters and retention but want to be able to link the LAW to get data for UCA and upcoming reporting functionality.
