Recently our notification email account became unauthorised in Microsoft 365 and some alert emails were missed. The problem being that you don't know what alerts you are not receiving until a service impacting fault develops.
Under Email and webhook notification settings, would be possible to have an account heath check "green light"?
While manually sending a test message is useful it would be better to automatically do this at intervals and display the result as either healthy or unhealthy.
