Autoscaling Profiles more options to use Percentages

Would be nice to have the option to use percentages for the Hostpool Sizing (Min active host capacity & Burst beyond base capacity)

Also for the PRE-STAGE HOSTS part the percentage could be useful.

Being able to use percentages makes the environment more dynamic and there is no need to fill in static numbers if you add more machines.
