When using personal desktops and having enabled FSLogix profiles, it would be nice to have the same option to reset profile like on the multiuser host pools.

I could be wrong but this should work the same. These profiles are stored the same the same as all other FSLogix Profiles. If you go to User Sessions on the Logoff button, should have a drop down menu for resetting the profile.
In the upcoming 6.6 release we have added support for FSLogix "CleanupInvalidSessions" which will automatically clean up the session in the event of an issue.
Yeah no options currently to delete a users profile. I did wonder if we were going to be able to implement FSLogix app settings like the cloud cache local directory and the CleanupInvalidSessions. I ended up doing a script to run post deployment that includes registry key addition for the CleanupInvalidSessions.
