Re-add the option for Reserved Instances in the Modeler

Hello,

Adding an official request to re-add the Reserved Instance piece to the Nerdio Modeler. This allowed us to come up with helpful estimates for new projects wanting to utilize the environment. As always, we know AVD is a variable pay scale, however being able to provide the estimates to the projects that potentially want to utilize the environment is helpful for budgeting purposes.
