Existing Staged Image is deleted when creating another one.

Issue: 

Currently, if there is an existing staged image, it will be deleted when creating another. Workaround to this is to either time or manually push the staged image into an active image.
Issue is this could affect auto-scale in Production, unless you manually tick the formerly staged image 'exclude from latest' in Azure.

Proposed feature:

Either,

1) Allow a specified number of staged images.

or

2) A tickbox for 'exclude from latest' when the staged image is activated as an active image.
