Selective host shutdown CPU scaling

Hi Team, is it possible to update Autoscale so if the CPU usage trigger is set and the scale in metric is hit then Autoscale will shut down the host with the least CPU consumption over the period defined? We have pools where hosts are used for processing jobs where we are trying to shutdown hosts after the processing jobs are done but Autoscale randomly selects a host and shuts it down if the scale in metric is hit and causing processing jobs to fail. It would be great to set the CPU metric to check all hosts and then shutdown the host which is consuming the lowest CPU cycles over the period. Unfortunately, we can’t move all our apps to CycleCloud HPC.
