Enhanced Agent detection and repair

I have encountered a scenario where a session host VM had a failure with the Remote Desktop Services Infrastructure Agent (RDAgent) upgrading itself. It appears the host was powered down during the agent upgrade, resulting in this agent not working properly upon being powered back on ahead of working hours. However, nothing reports this scenario as an error to Azure or to Nerdio, and the user then got 

There should be an automated way to automatically detect and correct such an agent scenario (such as by repairing or reinstalling the agent) so that the VM will be ready when the user needs it.
