Problem: Disconnected sessions will be logged off. In the current version of Nerdio 6.7.1 if you want to Resize / Re-Image existing hosts you have the option to set “FORCE USERS TO LOG OFF” to “Never”.
As stated in Nerdio documentation, users will not be logged off automatically. However, if a session is in the state disconnected or the user manually disconnects it (for instance, when changing desks), it will result in a log off by Nerdio, initiating the re-image process. The "Never" logoff is also recorded in the "job details log" of the host with the disconnected session.
Description: The “Never” option should prevent user logoff, leaving all sessions (active / idle /disconnected) untouched. Consider adding a new option, such as “When disconnected”.
