Self-Service Portal for AVD Admin RBAC

f you have an RBAC role assigned for someone, they are not able to access self-service portal. the fact that there is only 1 default URL and based on your RBAC role, you get the window to self-serve or not is a bit odd. there should be a dedicated self-serve portal where users or admins can go and manage their sessions/VMs. maybe have the users with End-User RBAC role redirect to that URL and have the Admins ability to click on a tab on the side might help.
