RBAC role for excluding from autoscale

Hello,

Since there is the possibility to allow a user to put a machine to drain mode with a specific RBAC role I'm wondering if it would be possible to add the exclude from auto scaling setting to an RBAC role as well.

Once you put a host to drain mode this setting actually only persists until auto scaling is shutting down this machine. Once autoscaling is spinning up the machine again the machine is not deactivated anymore.

Would it be possible to either add autoscaling settings to the "manage drain mode" permissions or a dedicated permission?
