Can you add the feature to Nerdio so that a disk's IOPS can scale up when a VM is turned on so that the disk is operating at a higher performance tier but retains the same disk size? At the moment this can be manually adjusted in Azure, but would not want to do that every time for every VM.
For example, let's say you have a 256GB disk attached to a VM (256GB Premium SSD at 1100 IOPS/125MBs), and when the VM turns on you want it to automatically switch to a P40 performance level (7500 IOPS/250MBs) but you don't want the actual disk size increased. Currently, if you increase the disk size in Azure just to get the higher IOPS then you cannot decrease the disk size later and are stuck paying for the cost of the larger disk when the VM is off.
