Add Hostpool Azure Monitoring Configuration to Rest API

Need to be able to fully automate onboarding existing AVD resources to Nerdio Manager.

Currently, there does not appear to be an endpoint in the Nerdio Rest API which can be used to configure the "Azure Monitor" settings for a host pool.

We would like to be able to get and update the Azure Monitor configuration for a host pool via the Nerdio Rest Api.
